Accelerated Key Stage 3
All of Year 7 are given the opportunity to study Key Stage 3 Science in two years. The most able go on to complete GCSE Science a year early (Year 10) and have a good range of options to chose from to fill the extra time in Year 11. These options include AS in Biology, Chemistry or Physics, separate Science GCSE (top-up) and many others not involving Science.
