If you are seeking a place at the College for a student currently in Years 7 to 11, you can apply directly to us using an in-year application form from Surrey County Council which can be accessed below. A separate form must be completed for each child applying.

To make an application, please download an application form here. Before completing the form, we recommend reading the guidance notes included at the end of the document. Please note this form is for in-year admissions only and should not be used for Year 6 to Year 7 admissions applications.

Completed forms should be returned via email to admissions@collingwood.surrey.sch.uk. If you are relocating to the local area - either from within the UK or overseas - please submit your application once you have exchanged contracts on a property or have a confirmed rental agreement.

Families moving from outside Surrey should also contact their home local authority to ensure the correct procedures are followed.
